Bethesda, MD is one of the premier urban communities within the metropolitan Washington DC area. It is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Montgomery County, MD that is home to approximately 14,455 families and 57,277 residents. Located a mere 8 miles or approximately 25 minutes from DC metropolitan area, this thriving urban area has retained its old-fashioned charm offering tree-lined streets, large maple trees, lots of green space, and an ever changing array of flowers and beautiful landscaping.

Today, the area of Bethesda offers residents a great place to call home.
